Sir I am trader of Boulder I bought a truck and taken ITC of same, now I want to raise transportation invoice for transporting, at what GST rate I should have to raise invoice @ 5% or 12%? as I have taken ITC on TRUCK PURCHASE.

Since you have taken ITC, its suggested to charge GST and pay GST at the rate of 12%. ITC is not available where GST is paid at 12%.
