we have not paid RCM Get during the month of July and did not claim input

As of now, for this assessment year you can claim the complete expenses which is liable to GST on RCM basis in your profit and loss as the government is not serious on the same , but if government makes it mandatory in future , you cannot claim any huge expenses without making payment of GST on RCM basis.

Sorry for the different answer..

From 1st July to 12th October RCM applicable for URD related inwards. Also the 5k exemption is available...

Otherwise if you are not paid then go to pay with interest then take it as ITC...

As the GST council has waived off GST on RCM basis, now it is not necessary to make payment of GST on RCM basis for unregistered purchases
