please let me know whether RCM on following is still applicable on payments for following expenses
Advocate fees, audit fees, GTA, RENT paid on commercial property

now a days applicable only GTA service..

Advocate service and GTA - RCM still applicable since covered through Section 9(3).

Rent and audit fees - RCM deferred till March 31, 2018.

what will be RCM rate on GTA and advocate consultancy fees and can we claim both in our input tax ITC
