sir, rcm need to be paid in CGST & SGST COLOUMN OR IN IGST COLOUMN?

Its depend upon by whom & where the services being provided
I have purchased coal from jharkhand and bought it to odisha
As per section 12(8)
If Recelint is registered then POS is the recepient place , Else POS is where Goods being handed over for transportation
Hence If recepinet is registered then CGST/SGST, else IGST
FROM WHOM I BUY COAL THEY ARE REGISTERED BUT THE TRANSPORTER IS NOT REGISTERED?
