Rcm - how calculate

Dear Sir / Madam.,

Please give me solutions.,

1. Local auto driver's Freight Chrages (Transporter) -  03/07/17 - Rs. 850/-, 09/07/2017 - Rs. 3300/-, 11/07/2017 - Rs. 1400, 27/07/2017 - Rs. 1200 and 31/07/2017 - Rs. 1750 = Total in July 17 Rs. 8500. We paid the amount (cheque) on 04/08/2017... It ll be under RCm or Not...?

2. Labour Charges (Heat Treatment) - 11/07/2017 - Rs. 2350, 14/07/2017 - Rs. 1200, 26/07/2017 - Rs. 2500 and 30/07/2017 - Rs. 1850 = Total Rs. 7900. We paid the amount (Cheque) on 04/08/2017. It ll be under RCM or Not...?

all under RCM but RCM up to rs 5000 a day in totoal per regitered tax payer is exempted from payment of tax.  so calculate the excess only for the purpose of arriving at taxable value.
