we have paid commission to our CF agent on percentage basis and it includes onward freight charges .freihgt payment made by cf only to transporter
but LR in the name of company
my query is if there is any legal issue if rcm discharged by CFA

Yes. it will creat legal issue. it's your responsibility to pay rcm. now you pay and let cfa claim refund
