Hi sir rcm applicable on service supplied by director to company or body corporate discharge rcm liability so ur case not applicable rcm but i think u r related party
such persons are officers or directors of one another’s businesses;

GST under RCm need nt be paid. if Smith's aggregate turnover has crossed the threshold limit of 20lakhs he has to take registration under GST and charge GST at 18% for the services rendered.
