Rcm not applicable other than unregistered purchase which is covered in sec 9(4)
Other than that rcm applicable
Since your case is of unregistered purchase hence rcm not applicable

Typing error I mean
Rcm not applicable in unregistered declare purchase case rest cases where rcm is covered in sec 9(3)
There it is applicable
Hence your case rcm not applicable till 31st March18

I said not applicable in his case.
But this is wrong statement that only gta rcm applicable

RCM on Rent is applicabel from 13-oct-17 to march -18 ? Right ?

Also how to take GST input on fixed assets ? Shall we have to divde life cycle of Assets & take yearly input of total input ?

no RCM on rent not applicable for till 31 march 18
