As such the URD cannot supply interstate........ you are not supposed to purchase from composit or URD interstate

Already purchased in July and Aug, what to do now
if a registered person purchase goods or services from a unregistered supplier then RCM applicable...the limit of RCM is 5000 Per day per bill per person ....if the aggregate value is exceed 5000 then RCM applicable....The Recipient paid tax in behalf of the supplier
Plz explain whether RCM is applicable if the aggregate Vale of supply received from one particular party is exceed 5000
or on a day it exceeds 5000 ie wether all supplies collectively exceeds 5000,.
E.g. 1) Ram purchased goods (Registerd ) from Azar (unregistered ) of Rs. 3000 and on the same day Ram(Registered ) Purchased goods from Tushar (unregistered ) Rs. 1000...here RCM is not applicable because The aggregate value doesn't exceed Rs. 5000

E.g. 2) Ram purchased goods (Registerd ) from Diya (unregistered ) of Rs. 3000 and on the same day Ram(Registered ) Purchased goods from Komal (unregistered ) Rs. 3000. here RCM is applicable because The aggregate value exceed Rs. 5000..

5000 UNDER RCM IS PER DAY , NOT PER PARTY

@ Yuvaraj in terms of section 5(4) of IGST Act, you are liable to pay IGST under RCM. please note Rs.5,000 per day limit does not apply for interstate purchases from unregistered person.
