Yes... If the fees paid to Lawyer (advocate) then rcm applicable...
In term of Notification 13/2017 CT (R)) you are liable to do RCM if the consultancy is being availed from Lawyer/Advocate.
other then lawyer such services will be cover under 9(4) -Availing services from URD & which is not applicable as of today , except Recepeint is Promotor/developer ( Notification 7/2019 CT rate)

Dear sir/madam i am a epf and esic consultant should i reg gst ? my clients usually transfer the amount to be credited to there employee to my bank account . and i will pay it via internet banking example : total cont of 20,000 should be paid and i will generate challan and then my client pay me 21,000 ( 1000) as fee.
so do gst reg is mandatory for me ?
