RCM applicable on composition supplies

can a one register COMPOSITION DELAR
purchase goods from UNREGISTERED DELAR.

Can RCM applicable to composition supplies on such transactions???

Yes , RCM applicable on certain Goods and services notified by Government .

RCM is applicable if specified goods or services are purchased. However in general purchase from unregistered dealers do not attract RCM
