Rcm applicable on commission give on exempted good like food

since you are dealing in exempted goods. only one that goods are exempt. for rest GST will be applicable , however your all queries comes under RCM which is suspended now may be till 30th June deceide in 26th GST Council meeting. applicability on RCM will be notified later along with rules and regulation.

it isnot required to take registration presently but later when RCM again come what will be rule for exempted good supplier should leave on time. but presently not required .
