IF TRANSPORTATION EXP > 5000/- PER DAY, THEN RCM APPLICABLE OTHERWISE NOT APPLICABLE.
RCM is applicable on services of GTA, & payment to URD services is deferred till 30/6/18 by Notification 10/2018
