RCM Applicability on Rental Expenses

A GST registered person is paying an office rent of Rs.70000 P.M to an individual who is not registered under GST. Please guide whether the tenant has to deposit GST under RCM on this?

YES

Renting of immovable property cover under thr RCM, in such case registered recipient paid gst under the RCM

Sir, I am working in education instution, instution pay rent more than Rs.60,00,000/- then it will applicable GST registration or not, pls inform to us.
