Point of taxation for Service receiver under reverse charge is date on which the payment is made to service provider.

The condition is that service receiver should pay within 6 months from issuance of invoice.

Dear Rinki,

Point of Taxation You Pointed Out is Correct But  the Condition Stated is Changed w.e.f.1-10-2014 it is 3 Months from date of Invoice

Yes, Anjana. You are right! Thnx for correcting and updating.

Its the payment date or the first day that occurs immediately after a period of three months from the date of invoice, whichever is earlier.
