When we are having balance in GST credit ledger
Why can't RCM payable amount be adjusted against balance GST ITC Credit to avoid (Unnecessary fund block )

GST under RCM has to be paid through cash ledger only and ITC can't be utilised..
However GST paid under RCM can be utilised in the subsequent month
