SECTION 9(3) i.e. REVERSE CHARGE MECHANISM on Notified Cases such as Legal Services is in full force. This particular SECTION is applicable.

SECTION 9(3) is Applicable Now. Services of Advocate fall under RCM ( Notified Cases ).
