Rc surrender

Please log on to aces.gov.in  and surrender your registration online first.

Next step would be that, please submit originally issued RC to superintendent.

Normally, an assessee who is registred under central excise requires to file the returns even if he do`nt have excisable turnover and liable because he registered with the department.

In this case, you could have filed NIL returns. However, now not filed you could request superintendent for waiving penalty.
