Sir, is it possible to get the date of allotment of  RBI UCN?

The Unique Code Number against my Firm Name MANAS & ASSOCIATES is 073756, my mef no. is mef04020. How can I get the date of allotment of the Unique Code Number allotted to my firm.

i have mef no.mef 47344 but not getting ucn no. from link to get ucn no. i.e. link from 30001 onwards not open .what i do for obtaining ucn.
