Dear friends
1) I want to know is there any anuual filing etc to RBI from NBFC Compaies not accepting deposits from public if yes kindly mention it in detail alongwith the formats . (Paid up capital of the NBFC company is Rs. 47000000 )?
2) Kindlly mention the consequences if there is default on the part of the company. ?
3) If company is making default since 2000 what is the course of action at the companys end ?
4) Any penalty ?
