Hi,
Mine is NBFC MFI company. I have to file NDSL 100Cr with RBI. But when i tried to validate the excel utility i am getting a message like "Compile error in hidden module-Sheet 1". And when i try to upload the file i am getting a message like. "THis is not an excel file". I am using Excel 97-2003 as per the instruction in RBI website.
Please help me...

no need to format or anything else
you have xp or win7 either office2003 or
office2007 or whatever it is
just install "
msxml 6.0 service pack1 "
for all type of compile errors In ITR excel
