Raw materials

We are a granite mfgrs, cutting stones in quarries and converted into blocks of granites and sold both domestic and export. Pls let me guide or suggest, what are the raw materials, which can be shown in books of accounts as per AS and Income tax act. We have both firm and pvt limited co. operations.
