Quick Summary
This discussion explains how to calculate raw material consumption as a percentage. The method involves taking the opening stock plus purchases, minus the closing stock, to find the total consumption. This figure is then divided by the amount of finished goods produced during the period and multiplied by 100 to express it as a percentage.

Divide it by amount of finished goods produced during the year.

So we have to calculate the cost of goods consumed divided by finished goods of end of the month into 100?

Yes...

Thank you so much sir

Welcome 😃
