anand earns 80 in 7 hours and pramod 90 in 12 hours  the ratio of thier earnings is ?

80/7 : 90/12  i.e 11.42 : 7.5

To compare two ratios, convert them into equivalent like fractions. LCM of 7 and 12 is 84 So,80/7=(80x12)/(7x12)= 960/84 And 90/12=(90x7)/(12x7)= 630/84 Ratio is 960 : 630 or 192 : 126 or 32 : 21
