If some has a ration card on her name and her spouse wants to file income tax return of Rs. 4 lakh... will this lead to cancellation of Ration card.

Ration card will be cancelled since family income is more than the threshold limit of rs1,20,000 prescribed by the government.
No ration card will not get cancelled if it is a BPL card
