I hv read on MCA that different rates of stamp duty are applicable for different-2 states. So my question is how can I come to know about what exactly will be the stamp duty rate while Incorporating a Private limited company in state of Uttar pradesh.

Check Utter Pradesh Stamp Act, You will find tariffs/rate of stamp duty at there ,Normally Estamp duty shall be payable once you submit INC-32/EMOA/EAOA forms under Mca itself
