Dear Friend
Its 10.30% as per rule every amendment will be asked in exams with min. gap of 6 months
and may be it will be defined in the question applicable rate and if its not defined then you can show in your answer sheet S.Tax @ 10.30%. it will also put good impact on Checker.

In last exam in nov 09, the rate of service tax is 10.3% so it's clear that rate of service tax is 10.3% applicable for may 2010.
