Rate of service tax
What is the rate of Service tax applicable for CA Nov 2015 attempt? Is it 12.36% or flat 14%? Please advice

Nov 2015 attempt - Law applicable as on 30.04.2015
Service Tax rate of 14% applicable from 01.06.2015
Hence, old rate is to be used in the exam i.e. 12.36%
However refer to the ICAI Site for any announcement.
