FBT IS NOT CHARGED ON COOPERATIVE SOCITIES U/S10
co-operative socoieties is not covered
cooperative socity are definatly chargable for FBT bcoz it does not fall in defination of employer u/s 115w hence FBT rate is 30% & surcharge is definatly chargable if the amount is exceed Rs. 10 lakh
