1. What are rate of TDS Deduction on Rent received. What are its limitation on value of rent received.

2. If I get Rs.50000/- per annum as service charges / maintenance charges Is it TDS deductable ? if yes what's rate ?

1.  1st Qtr.      15 June

2.   2nd Qtr      15 Sep

3.   3rd Qtr        15 Dec

4.    4th Qtr        15 Mar
