Boss FBT Rates are as follows like
Conveyance 20% but in case of Hotel & Construction Company it is 5%
Tour & Travelling 5%
Telephone 20%
Festival 50%

Sir, My question is regarding TDS.
1. What are rate of TDS Deduction on Rent received. What are its limitation on value of rent received.
2. If I get Rs.50000/- per annum as service charges / maintenance charges Is it TDS deductable ? if yes what's rate ?

calculation of FBT is as same as advance tax and company has to deposite FBT on the following dates:
1. 1st Qtr. 15 June
2. 2nd Qtr 15 Sep
3. 3rd Qtr 15 Dec
4. 4th Qtr 15 Mar
