please confirm what is the rate of depreciation on personal car and on commercial truck used in business

Personal Car @ 15%
Commercial Truck @ 45% for the person who is engaged in the business of hiring truck for the Transportation of Goods for other person truck truck used for business purpose rate will be 15%
