Rate confusion
We are the manufacturer of frozen burger patty,frozen harabhara kabab, frozen samosa and other frozen products. I had confusion regarding rate of tax and under which HSN we fall, as our company is using HSN 2004 with 12% but i had a doubt as we should cover under HSN 2106 with 18% under ready to eat packed foods.

2004 Other vegetables prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar or acetic acid, frozen, other than products of heading will be covered and charge at the rate of 18%
