one of my friend got 42nd rank in his 3rd attempt in ca pcc
i was amazed why he could not do the same while 2 earlier attempts were given!!

there are rumours that only for 2 attempts ranks can be alloted

Yes u can!! certain requirements r ter to surrender ur passed out papers.
Attempts r nt counted for evaluation of Rank.
