is it possible to get rank in 2nd attempt of pcc? can u drop and give the papers again in which u got exemption

one of my friend got 42nd rank in his 3rd attempt in ca pcc 

i was amazed why he could not do the same while 2 earlier attempts were given!!

yes u can 

there are rumours that only for 2 attempts ranks can be alloted

the living exmple has finished this rumour!!

Yes u can!! certain requirements r ter to surrender ur passed out papers.

Attempts r nt counted for evaluation of Rank.
