Rajasthan VAT 48 & VAT 50

Dear All,

 1) I want to know which value will come in the value column of VAT 48 & VAT 50 Form- will it be the invoice total or the base sum on which the vat tax has been calculated for that invoice. Please mention for both the forms.

2) Also suppose we have sold/purchased 2 diff items in an invoice with 2 diff VAT descriptttions(Name of Goods column)then will the forms contain 2 different lines with their respective VAT descriptttions and line values or will the forms contain just one line against the invoice number with VAT descriptttion of any one of the item and total value.
