after GST reg is it mandatory to link bank accounting before raising first invoice.Because bank account details are nt asked during registration process..

No, not mandatory, before raising first invoice.
But you should mention it in the GST portal by amending non-core field.
Anyhow, when you will login in the GST portal, it will prompt you to file the said amendment.
