Raising funds for private ltd company

Hi,

1. First of all make that individual from whom you wish to borrow for short term or long term shareholder of your private limited company by alloting one / nominal share and then you can take loan from shareholder (individual)

2. Also you can accept loan from relative of director.

3. Also you can accept loan from any other public or private limited company.

now would it be possible looking to the Section 185 coming in picture to raise funds from Private limited company in which directors are common..???
