Generally in DT question no. 4 and in IDT question no. 3 is based on case laws besides these questions whether quoting CASE LAWS is compulsory and if we do not quote case laws it will be a reduction in marks.

quoting caselaws definitely impresses the evaluator .... I believe out of 4marks 1/2 marks is definitely given to the correct quoting of name... that's how I scored an exemption too in idt
