If quorum remains absent in adjourned meeting as well and in adjourned meeting not a single member arrived then what law says about these??

If the meeting was called by requisitionists(members) than it shall be cancelled and if not by requisitionists than atleast 2 members shall be present in person at the meeting. so as per your query no member is present than the meeting will remain CANCELLED.

and with supporting ans of aamir khatri
officer in default shall be liable for fine penalty as specified in the act
and NCLT may pass the order to hold.conveen and conduct AGM and here if only 1 memb. present in AGM shall be the quorum if mentioned in such order
