If quorum remains absent in adjourned meeting as well and in adjourned meeting not a single member arrived then what law says about these??

for what agm or egm or board meeting
For AGM
If the meeting was called by requisitionists(members) than it shall be cancelled and if not by requisitionists than atleast 2 members shall be present in person at the meeting. so as per your query no member is present than the meeting will remain CANCELLED.

But why officer in default liable if member do not come to meetings
Officer will be liable if they failed to convene AGM within the time specified u/s 96
