Question paper reading time in CS

Hello professionals

Can anybody give me the reason why reading time of 15 minutes is not provided to CS students?

I had appeared in CS professional exams and felt the need of those crucial 15 minutes

why such discrimination in CA and CS exams? when both are professional exams.

because level of ca exams are tougher then Cs..

Nice questions
Previous 15 minutes reading time was given to cs students but which has been withdrawn.
may be because there has been some wrong practice done by students .

It's highly unethical. But cheating cases reported in CS examination so it's withdrawn

cheating can be happened in any exams it is not a valid criteria to withdraw reading time of 15 minutes.
Do you not think it is unjustice for those who dont cheat
Or jab mai exam likhta hu muje toh ye tak ni pata hota mere aage piche kon baitha hai, cheating ka time kiske paas hota hai
