Question on stock transfer

Dear all,

I'm a spices dealer based in Kerala. We are planing to open a new branch in TamilNadu. We want to transfer the commodities from Kerala to Tamilnadu for processing. My question is:

1. After transfering the goods from Kerala to Tamilnadu can the same goods be brought back to Kerala [ For Sale from Kerala] after processing. If so what is the procedure and what are the forms required?

2. If the material is sold from Tamilnadu after processing what forms are to be submitted?

3. Is there a stock transfer invoice to be raised? If so what is the format?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
