what is the criteria for taxability of income of MP'S /MLA

whather they are given more relaxation than individuals of general category

how would you calaculate tax liability of an MP/MLA who is getting 50000/- p.m as salary and 1.5 lac per annum from house prop income and around Rs.1 lac from other sources

pls give the reuired clarifications

i think salary recd by chor ppl (mp / mla) is taxable under income from other sources as der is no direct employee-employer relationship of them with d govt ... rest will go under respective heads of income... taxability of the same depends on the relevant assessment year
