If the servies of Doctor in his capacity as a doctor, then exempted.

But the Services being rendered by the doctor are to a IT Company.

As its mentioned it should be to a clinical establishment ?

Please confirm

Medical service, health care and veterinary service are covered under exemption list in service tax.... Here to whom such service is provided is irrelevant....
And read it carefully once again ...it written by clinal establishment, (comma) an authorised medical practitioner ie., doctor in your case... comma is for continuation of subject matter....
if the service of doctor ptovided is provided in the capacity of doctor then it is exempted ..
