Query - Schedule AL - Home Loan

Hello, I hvae few questions regarding ITR-2 - Schedule AL. Request your response.

1. I have home loan of ~INR 26 lacs and do i need to enter it in "C. Liabilities in relation to Assets at (A + B)" in Schedule AL of ITR2?
2. I have both Life & Medical Insurance, do I need to mentioned sum of both the insurance premium or only Medical or only Life?
3. In my SBI MaxGain home loan account I have parked some money so shall it be part of "a. Bank (including all deposits)"?
