My query is how to create XML file of rectification and upload the same (as it is required field)....Please reply asap.

It is the same way as u generated while filing returns.
Now just make the required changes in it & generate.., then upload it.., while giving all the details for rectification in the IT website.
Just let me know if you need any further clarification.
