23 September 2009If the Assessee has 10 Deductees of which Pan of 8 Deductees are not Available then how to file Tds Return?
What procedure is to be followed as per IT Act?????
Can we obtain any certificates like in case of interest we obtain form 15G & 15H
is there any certificate for this case?
PLEASE GIVE THE SOLUTION AS EARLY as possible

hey dude u have only 2 PAN out of 10 dedutee then y can not file the return because PAN reqd to file the return is 95% of the total deductee
then plz convey your dedutee to make application for the PAN card but due date of filing the return is near then enter the deductor PAN then when your deductee get PAN file the revised return
