while applying for PAN card, it is showing that Adhar is already link to another PAN, now the applicant is saying that he has never apply for the PAN, i have talked to call centre and department but no solution from there.
please tell what can i do now ?

If the adhaar is linked with mobile number you can apply for pan reprint option in NSDL portal
