its wrong Piyush Tanwar, If you have read that notification, you should have given better Responce, because it Notified for the Students as well as Members, 

Harshitha Ji, You will Have to Submit form 112 along with Rs.5000/- D.D, because, u have done the Additional Course during ur internship, which shold be intimated soon after you joined the course, but u failed in that, so Institue is giving an oppurtunity to Condon your mistake,so It is Immeterial weather you finished ur Internship or not, u have Voilated regulation of 65 and 78,so it is applicable to all even to the Memebers, who had done additional course in their internship but failed to inform the ICAI,

hence, i suggest you read once again the notificaton, you will come to know the intention,

and this should be submitted with in 9months from date of notification

Im in now CA Articleship Period ,I take registration in CS feb 2017,But I still Not Submitted Form112.

So can I submit Now With Penalty..Is there any issue occur??
