Query related to new notification issued by ICAI

As per the the new notification CA students cannot take transfer when last 12 months of are remaining of the articleship period ..... so can one atleast take transfer for Industrial Training or it it is also barred by ICAI's new notification... I suppose one can do Industrial Training only for last 9-12months of pending articleship. Plz anyone has any clue abt the same

Industrial training rules are not affected by this rule..... make it a point to submit the form that you are going to do industrial training before 3 to 4 months before your starting industrial training...........

Industrial Training provisions are untouched. I think transfer from one ca firm to the other in last 12 months wont be allowed, however, transfer from ca firm to industry for the purpose of industrial training shud be permitted.

Nothing was mentioned in the notification about IT one should clarify such areas DIRECTLY with Institute, i guess the best is to call them and ask them.

Give a letter to your CA that you want to pursue Industrial training...... This should be atleast 3 months before you are supposed to start industrial training......... Take an acknowledgement from your principal to this effect......If he doesnt give, tell me...I ll tell you what to do....
