Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether input tax can be claimed for domain and hosting renewals for a company website, as well as for mobile bills used for business purposes. The consensus is that input tax credit (ITC) is claimable for these expenses. For mobile bills, the number can be registered either in the proprietor's name or the firm's name, provided the proprietorship's GSTIN is on the invoice.

Yes, you may claim ITC on domain and hosting renewal charges as well as on mobile phone expenses. The bill can be either in the name of the proprietor or on the name of the proprietorship concern. Just ensure that the GSTIN of the proprietorship concern is mentioned on all such invoices.
