Hi,
I have sold some equity shares in June 2021 thereby got ong term capital gains and paid LTCG tax in FY22 accordingly. I recently purchased house in June 2023.Is it possible to claim tax refund on LTCG tax I paid in FY22 by showing my recent house purchase, as per income tax section 54.
